Supporting the well-being of you and your child is a priority at our clinic. Our psychologists offer specialized child therapy and comprehensive psychological testing in Birmingham, Alabama.
The licensed psychologists at Alabama Developmental and Behavioral Specialists recognize that every person has unique strengths and challenges and believe that all individuals deserve to reach their full potential. At Alabama Developmental and Behavioral Specialists clinic, we focus on fostering these strengths while working with youth and their families to minimize the obstacles they may encounter. Our team specializes in assessing and treating youth facing developmental, social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. While we acknowledge that clinicians may specialize in diagnosis and treatment, we believe that individuals are the experts on their own experiences, their child's situation, and what is sustainable and realistic for their family. Therefore, we strive for a sensitive and collaborative approach with our clients and families as part of their team of providers. Through psychological testing and therapy services, we can work together toward optimizing growth rather than being hindered by challenges.
